John Jay Jameson III is a real estate developer and hospitality entrepreneur with over 20 years across hospitality, condominium, multifamily, mixed use, industrial and manufactured housing development. He is President and founder of Pain Jameson, a real estate brand dating to the 1950s, CEO of Vetiver, a regenerative resort and agrihood platform, and a board member of Treewalkers.

In Bremen, Georgia, Jay is leading the Vetiver ecosystem: the Resort at Vetiver, with 300 units zoned and 100 planned; the Village at Vetiver, with 455 units zoned; and the Vetiver Land Fund.

His track record includes 150 luxury condominiums sold in 14 months on Hilton Head Island, eight Marriott and IHG flagged hotel and condominium partnerships with more than $55M in gross sales through Triton Real Estate Group, and $35M of equity placed into more than $110M of industrial, manufactured housing and hospitality investments.

Jay has worked on public private partnerships with Invest Atlanta across three Tax Allocation Districts, representing $500M in redevelopment plans and more than $75M in closings. In 2024 he closed a 1.8 acre, 12 story mixed use site in West Midtown Atlanta and sold three Georgia retail and business centers.

He holds a B.A. in Architecture with Honors from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and is a LEED AP. He is a member of the ULI Center for Leadership Class of 2011, a CCIM Candidate, and a member of ULI, ICSC, ARDA, NACHO and AYREP.

Jacob J. Weaver is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and hospitality operator with a diverse portfolio spanning outdoor hospitality resorts, boutique inns, hotels, and short-term rental properties. He is the founder of WYLDBNB, Weaver Brothers Contracting, and Advertise for America, with hospitality investments across ten states.

Jacob is currently spearheading several hospitality developments in New York’s Adirondack region, including Cedar River Eco Resort, a 330+ acre former golf course featuring a private lake and extensive river frontage; Bolton Estates, a boutique residential subdivision and micro-resort; and Pine Mountain, an 80+ acre outdoor hospitality retreat on Brant Lake.

Beyond hospitality, he led the transformation of a 57,000-square-foot former nursing home into an international boarding school, where he served as Executive Director of Business Development. He also served as the Founding Head of School at Fusion Academy in Hingham, Massachusetts.

He is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and earned his master’s degree from Providence College, where he served as a Santander Scholar and Research Fellow.

His former high school presents the Weaver Inspiration Award in his honor each year to a student who shows extraordinary perseverance in overcoming adversity.
